"And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars; see that ye be not troubled; for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. For nation shall rise against nation and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers place. All these are the beginning of sorrows" St. Matthew 24:6-8
These are the words of Jesus. Are we in the beginnings of sorrows? I don't know. But for the believer we are not to be troubled. Friend if you are not a believer now is a good time to get on board! Jesus, I pray right now that any reading this would take the time to repent of their sins and humble themselves and pray. Only acceptance of Christ's sacrifice on the cross for your sins will make you ready for heaven.
"Watch therefore for you know not what hour your Lord doth come." St. Matthew 24:42. These are the words of Jesus Christ, the Son of God. Yes, we are concerned for our country, our own safety, and we mourn the great loss of life of these tradgedies. However, our main concern should be, are we ready for the coming of the Lord?
